Gambas Pil Pil 

Ingredients

20 king prawns⁣
4 piquillo peppers from a jar, sliced ⁣
4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced⁣
2 tsp smoked sweet paprika ⁣
1/2 tsp or to taste cayenne pepper⁣
2 tbsps flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped ⁣
1/4 tsp sea salt ⁣
6 tbsps the Governor Extra Virgin Olive Oil ⁣
Method ⁣
1. Heat the EVOO in a small pan to a medium heat, then add the garlic, cayenne pepper and paprika and cook for 2 mins until fragrant. Add the prawns, and cook for 2 mins then add the peppers and cook for a further 1-2 mins until the prawns have turned pink . ⁣
2. Serve with a pinch of salt, parsley and chunks of crusty bread.
