Chai spiced coconut granola

Ingredients 

750g Organic rolled oats (can use you gluten free) ⁣
3 tbsps date molasses ⁣
3 tbsps honey ⁣
15 medjool dates, roughly chopped ⁣
1 tbsp vanilla extract ⁣
250g almonds, roughly chopped ⁣
200g mixed seeds, flax, chai, sunflower, pumpkin ⁣
100g unsweetened coconut flakes ⁣
2 tsps ground ginger⁣
2 tsps ground cinnamon ⁣
1/2 tsp of ground cardamom ⁣
2 tsps turmeric⁣
1/2 tsp ground cloves⁣
1/2 tsp salt ⁣
5 tbsps The Governor extra virgin olive oil ⁣
Method 
1. Preheat the oven to 160°c Gas mark 3 then line 2 large baking trays with baking paper ⁣
2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, honey, molasses, spices & vanilla extract ⁣
3. Place the porridge oats, nuts and seeds in a large bowl, stir in the olive oil mixture and stir to coat
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking trays, bake for 15- 20 mins turning halfway
5. Allow to cool completely before transferring into a airtight container
