How's this for an idea ? Host a Bollywood themed summer party at your home, ask everyone to dress up, book dhol drummers, dancers and Henna artists, serve up bowls of delicious curry AND raise money for those affected by breast cancer by charging for tickets and selling raffle tickets and pink ribbon brooches .... that's EXACTLY what Sharon and Sharon (Combined Knowledge Ltd) did at the weekend and it was a brilliant day/night attended by friends and family including our very own Patron Lisa Lashes!!! Over £1,300 was raised for the Pink Ribbon Foundation ? Just goes to show that ANYONE can raise money for a good cause, without the need to hire a venue - imagination and a desire to support is all you need. Thank you to everyone involved: Oh My Dhol drummers, Creative Edge Dance Academy dancers and The New Sunar Gow, Lutterworth.
