There’s something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by strong, like-minded women who are not only leaders in their field, but are driving real change within their communities.
Last week in Sarajevo, at the Think Pink Europe conference, I had the privilege of spending time with inspiring individuals from across Europe - many of them incredible women leading the charge - all united by a shared mission: to close the gap in breast cancer support and ensure that no one faces diagnosis or treatment alone.
And while it was a moment to celebrate strong female leadership, it was equally important and encouraging to see men actively involved in the conversations, decision-making and leadership too — because meaningful change happens when we work together.
Beyond the important conversations, strategy and collaboration, there were also moments like this - captured with Nela and Brigitte - which remind you that while the work we do is serious, it’s also a joy to do it alongside people who genuinely care, support one another, and lift each other up.
Because when passionate people come together with a shared purpose, the impact goes far beyond what any one of us could achieve alone.
