The month of October i've created a #21daychallenge that will starting from 4th oct - 24th oct!

The aim is to smash a challenge in every single day, for clients and followers to push beyond their limits!

We have a sunrise challenge, sit up, pyramid and squat challenge, landmark, sunrise challenges and more!

This would be an amazing idea - aiming to raise £200 for pink ribbon thoughout the 21 days!
