New Ambassador Role for Christine McGuinness
We are delighted to welcome Christine McGuinness into the Pink Ribbon family, as a new Ambassador in recognition of her dedication, enthusiasm and support. We are honoured to have her on board and look forward to raising lots of awareness and money to help those affected by breast cancer.
Christine has supported various charities since she was around 12 years old, as unfortunately breast cancer is quite strong in her family. She was taught very early about the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and helped others from quite a young age.
With four of her aunts having breast cancer, and most recently her lovely mum, Christine knows how raising funds and awareness can be life changing. She was delighted to accept the role of Ambassador and told us that "The Pink Ribbon Foundation is one of the charities that I have worked with over the last few years and it’s so lovely to be recognised, Thank you Lisa! The Foundation has very little infrastructure, which I love, meaning more of the money that they raise goes to the charities and front line services that they support! I’m excited to continue to help and support whenever I can."Our thanks to Down Hall Hotel and Spa for presenting Christine with her certificate on our behalf and in such beautiful surroundings.
